Our next offering on Saturday the 4th of October really is a very special o=

On that date the still rising star, <span style=3D'color:navy'>Mr Tom

visits to our Club for a <span style=3D'color:navy'>Charity Concert</span> =

of the Christie Hospital at Manchester. We are delighted to be acting as the
host for this show, in aid of a most worthy cause, and as a tribute to his
father, Mike who was a most remarkable man for many reasons. Many of you wo=
uld
have known Mike, who was a faithful and generous supporter of the Dove Club,
before his sad passing almost two years ago. Tom will share the stage with =
his,
good friends, <span style=3D'color:navy'>Malcolm <span class=3DSpellE>Sked<=

on the string bass and sousaphone and <span style=3D'color:navy'>Danny Blyt=

in the right quarter, his &#8220;rare&#8221; bass clarinet. I&#8217;ve no d=

se
talented and well-travelled musicians, along with Tom, have graced the Dove
podium in the past and received their appropriate accolades. Their return f=

this one off show deserves your support.&nbsp;<br>
<br>
I am pleased to be able to report that this years Festival made a small pro=

due to some extent to the generosity of one or two good friends of the Club=

you wish to support your Club financially you could do worse than to purcha=

one of our latest, royal blue polio shirts that proudly display the club lo=

This all-British product is available in two sizes, L and XL, a gift at

essential for all the up to date news regarding your Club, future Concerts,
views of the 2008 event and eventually the July Festival in 2009.</span></p>
